You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
It must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must be in the original packaging.
It must include the receipt or proof of purchase.
Note: Items that show visible signs of use, misuse, or intentional damage will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Send an email to covenantvial@gmail.com with the subject line "Return/Exchange Request - [Your Order Number]".
Provide Details: In the email, please include:
Your full name and order number.
The item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
The reason for the return/exchange (e.g., Damaged, Wrong Item, Changed Mind).
If exchanging, specify the new item/color/size desired (subject to availability).
Await Confirmation: We will review your request and reply with instructions, including the shipping address for the return and, if approved, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Defective/Incorrect Items: If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., you received a defective or incorrect item), we will cover the cost of return shipping.
Customer-Initiated Returns: If the return is for non-defective reasons (e.g., buyer's remorse, changed mind, incorrect size/color ordered), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Recommendation: We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
If you requested an exchange for a different item (e.g., color or style), we will ship the replacement item once the original item is received and inspected. If the requested exchange item is of a different value, we will contact you to arrange payment or refund of the difference.
If you purchased a Covenant Vial product through our official stores on Amazon or eBay:
Returns: Please refer to the specific return policy of that platform (Amazon or eBay) and initiate the return through their respective system.
Exchanges: Direct exchanges through the marketplace platforms may be limited. We recommend initiating a return and placing a new order for the desired item.
