As we utilize a mixed fulfillment model—including our own stock, Amazon's fulfillment network, and eBay's Global Shipping Program—shipping details may vary based on the item purchased and the delivery location.

Handling Time: All orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Business Day Definition: A business day is defined as Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM MST. Orders placed after 12:00 PM MST on Friday will begin processing the following Monday.
Order Fulfillment:
- Items fulfilled from Our Own Stock will be packaged and shipped directly from our facility.
- Items fulfilled via Amazon (FBA/Multi-Channel Fulfillment) will be processed and shipped by Amazon logistics.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates

Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipment, not the date of order. They are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

We offer international shipping through a combination of our own carriers and the eBay Global Shipping Program (GSP), which is used for all orders placed through our eBay store.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
- Covenant Vial is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.
